Faith

April 27, 2013

To take the side of free markets, capitalism, or a republic in todays era, as viable retorts to socialism, communism, or efforts towards direct democracy, not the words, but to seriously subscribe to the ideas as a given, is evidence incontrovertible of indoctrination.  It follows then, that argument is moot, as your mind has been made up for you, such is the nature of an effectively propagandized system, of a thorough belief system.

A systemic belief, must run deeper than ideas as simply pervasive as consumerism.  The idea behind consumerism is that we know it is materialistic and shallow, and wasteful, but we believe this is only for the time being.  This fever pitch of transaction shall fuel one day, a dormant Capitalist Dragon, who shall awaken with ethereal flames to ignite every hearth touched by commerce.

So we have an appearance of choice in consumption, coupled with an addiction to consumption, upon a greater psychological, and philosophical premise, that of faith.  Faith in our symptoms, that we have the disease.  A fix in search of a problem.  Consumerism is a symptom.  Voting in a single party system, is another illusion of choice, and an addiction to potential workability.  One day when stars align, or enough faith in our Republic exists in the heart of it’s people, representation shall function as described, free of corruption and idleness.

You understand that voting is, short of hollering, your best bet to express your opinion.  This is not indoctrination, the systemic belief here is faith in those that implement the vote.  If the telegraph, the telephone, the internet or any technological advent would more readily enable or facilitate democracy, then it would be done.

No matter your tenacity for a candidate or party, your real belief and faith must reside in a rigid, unwavering extant class and/or social strata, in place to at bare minimum, tally and report your votes.  You do not vote for these constructs, this is simply your reality, the Almighty as ordained by our faith.

To argue against ideas of unity, cohabitation, equality and social reform, in other words when human nature rears its communist head, requires a pre-established class, nation, or race based hierarchy.  The entire ability to view the whole of society, it’s many faces, is framed by a complete victory over ideology on either side of a given spectrum.  Financially, capital is good.  Morally, capital is good.  Democratically, capital is good.  You may now opine from this starting point.  So goes individualism, you needn’t think or know how it may someday be possible for all men to at once be free, and employed, prosperous enough to consume enough to continually propel an economic reciprocation.  Just understand, just believe it when you are told this is how it should be, and shall be.

A dissenting view is contrasted only in its relation to the extant class balance, only in what it can add or subtract to the reality of the top and of the bottom.  Social good can only be a concession to better foretell the coming of our Golden Age.  Our faith allows new ideas, and new tricks, but not the death of our religion.  Capitalism is here, it must be, for what else can you rail against?

All doctrines or motivations heretofore are melded with our modern most interpretation of prophecy.  A class in power speaks to the accuracy of any dogma espoused.  To hold a scepter over a peoples, imbues the scepter with power over all who look upon it.  The positions of the extant classes ascend and descend according to their inherent nature, and due course.  By the will, and right virtue of their constituency, do conflicting ideas rank and structure themselves.  This is faith.

That history is writ by the victor is no more or less poignant, when reality is reshaped in real time, as our world and our word grows globally, faster and faster.  The present and immediate future is writ by faith in the dominant social or class structure.  Dissenting ideas from lesser classes, cannot fully coalesce here, they exist as a theoretical alternate universe, to the reality imposed by the self-evident.

Faith in the real triumphs.  What is objectively real is that which subconscious forethought doles out.  By faith and a steady reality do we climb familiar stairs in the dark.  By faith do we plod on, knowing we shall reach our destination.  Your every thought and desire are framed by a reality which has already rebuked and rebuffed your advances.

You have been accounted for, have faith!  You are represented as that recurrent variable which fades after so many iterations!
